(Sr) ICT Application Specialist 2x

A senior ICT application specialist is responsible to maintain, upgrade and improve Fuji Seal managed business applications across Europe. 
Drive the design, configuration, development and implementation of change requests and projects, including interfaces, on the basis of the user requirements while adhering to the ICT architecture standards

Independently coordinate the implementation of change requests with business key-users and the external partner and support project implementations as project team member

Deliver second line support for incidents and standard changes, supporting the first line ICT application support specialists
Coordinate third party ICT application support with vendors
Pro-active monitoring of the applications (e.g. batch jobs and interfaces) to detect (and prevent) issues
Provide timely feedback and status updates to the business users
Support the upgrade planning and change management, including testing and installation of the new version, with business key-users and the external partner

Deliver high quality documentation
Active involvement in team meetings, trainings and other events to support further development and improvement of the European ICT application department

Job requirements
Minimum bachelor or academic degree in business or computer sciences
In-depth knowledge of and experience with an integrated ERP system (ideally D365) and related systems (e.g.: D365 add-ons, CRM, workflow tools, reporting tools, etc.)

Minimum 3 years’ experience preferrable in an industrial, multi-site production environment and/or within a centralized ICT department on a European scale

Service oriented and customer focused
Strong analytical and conceptual skills to keep the overview and set priorities
Excellent communication skills on (senior) ICT and business level
Hands-on mentality with a strong focus to deliver results within time, quality and budget
Willingness and flexibility to travel (maximum ~20%, mostly in Europe)
Fluent in English and preferably sufficient in German
