The company is specialized in in packaging solutions for liquid, solid and dry ingredients that create maximum efficiency and therefore value for its customer. The company is recognized in the market as expert in the development of inventive industrial plastic parts and solutions and the commitment to high-end solutions. Customers are found in the field of system integrators and end-users. The company has state of the art, clean room grade redundant manufacturing facilities in NL and Asia, ensuring demanding customers an uninterrupted supply.

Job description

The companies acquisition by private equity is rooted in the prospect of exponential growth.
The CCO is primarily focused on sales and business development, but is also the acting CEO. Together with the Operations director and Finance Director he/she forms the management team. The CCO interacts directly with the board of directors and will play a crucial role in developing and executing the strategy. As the leader of the sales team, the CCO will be responsible for all sales and business development activities globally. Personally the CCO will spearhead the pursuit of key accounts, strategic partnerships, M&A, etc.

 

In this role your focus will be: 

Strategy Development & Execution

Translate business strategy into functional commercial strategies and business goals. Lead the company in the transition from innovation focus to a sales driven business, capitalizing on existing product portfolio and marketing driven innovation

Customers

In collaboration with global strategy, ensure the company is at the forefront of target market’s minds and ensure differentiators are recognized across industry channels. Build and strengthen relationships with clients, partners and external stakeholders to foster revenue growth

People

Effectively manage the commercial department and liaise with other departments partners and stakeholders

Business Development

build strong relationships and collaborate with Key accounts and strategic partners. Build business cases for strategic innovation in line with company long term strategy

Background

• The CCO will be a proven industry insider with strong (international) relationships and commercial track record in industrial packaging or adjacent markets.
• You are ready for a sales focused CEO position with overall responsibility, reporting to the board.
• A high-paced energetic commercial leader with a broad company mindset and a passion for sales, business development and growth.
• You combine a sharp, analytical intellectual mind with hands-on practicality that translates ideas into results and drive revenue growth.
• You get the deal closed.

• Experienced and willing to frequently travel internationally.
