As a Recruiter, you are in many cases decisive for the growth of our market groups. Based on the annual forecast, we determine critical target groups, on the basis of which you determine the recruitment strategies for your market group. Together with Employer Branding, Digital Marketing and Talent Sourcing, you can fill vacancies in a timely manner. You direct and facilitate, as an important sparring partner for our captains, the decision-making process regarding the influx of talent.

Your responsibilities and tasks are:

  • Spotting talent; Through creative campaigns and searches you are able to retain scarce IT and Business talent, such as Developers and Account Managers. Are you going to attend an event, come up with a creative InMail, or go for a cool social campaign?
  • To advise ; Captains and market group leaders provide (un)solicited advice on recruitment and selection issues.
  • Coordinate ; you set the tone and know how to get the job done. Connecting with Employer Branding/Digital Marketing, Sourcing, the Captains and external partners – you use your entire network to fill vacancies.

The recruitment team is part of the HR team within Nedap and consists of Corporate Recruiters and Campus Recruiters in the field of Business & IT, Talent Sourcers, an Employer Branding Specialist/Digital Marketer and a Recruitment Manager. The team is continuously working on professionalizing its own discipline and is working on various projects that contribute to its further development. Consider developing campaigns, data-driven recruitment and mapping our different target groups. As a Corporate Recruiter, your personal development will get a nice boost !

A selection of the employment conditions for the position of Corporate IT Recruiter:
  • Depending on your experience, you will earn up to a maximum of €5,000 gross per month, based on a 38-hour working week.
  • In addition to 8% holiday pay, Nedap offers a 13th month, an annual bonus, a profit-sharing scheme and an attractive pension scheme with a low personal contribution.

Required experiences and skills

We believe that successful Recruiters are strong business partners. You know how to provide the right arguments for decisions based on data and, based on relationships, you know how to convince both candidates and managers of the right match. As an ambassador, you promote the Nedap employer brand and with the right knowledge of the labor market, you can effectively reach the right talent.

  • You have an HBO/WO working and thinking level.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting and selecting (IT) candidates in a technical environment with highly educated people.
  • You are good at stakeholder management, you are a connector and have strong communication skills.
  • In addition to the Dutch language, you have a good command of the English language.
  • You are available 32-28 hours a week. Hybrid working is possible at Nedap.
