We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced Cluster General Manager to lead our two resorts; 
Livingstone Jan Thiel Resort and The Ritz in the beautiful destination of Curaçao.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operations and unparalleled guest experiences that define Corendon Hotels & Resorts

As the Cluster General Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee multiple properties, working closely with department heads to uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of department heads to deliver exceptional service and create a positive work environment
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and guest satisfaction across all properties
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards, values, and long-term objectives
• Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety protocols to uphold a secure and welcoming environment for guests and team members

Job requirements

To ensure that we find the best candidate for the position of Cluster General Manager, we have outlined the following job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Proven experience in managing multiple hotel properties simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Strong financial knowledge and experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends
• Experience in overseeing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Fluent, both written and spoken, in Dutch and English. Papiamentu is a pré.
• Flexibility to travel between properties as needed
