Wat ga je doen?

Als hr-medewerker denk je mee over wervingscampagnes voor social media , beheer je de agenda van de bedrijfsarts en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het functionele beheer van het verzuimsysteem. Ook coördineer je het werving- en selectieproces in overleg met de hr-consultant. Je plant sollicitatiegesprekken in, beantwoordt vragen van kandidaten en medewerkers en je onderhoudt contacten met verschillende organisaties, zoals: het UWV, onderwijsinstellingen en studentenverenigingen. 

Wat vragen we van je?

• Je hebt minimaal een mbo-4-diploma.
• Je werkt gestructureerd.
• Je hebt meerdere jaren werkervaring op een grotere hr-afdeling.
• Je schrijft foutloos Nederlands.
• Je vindt social media interessant en je wilt je hier graag verder in verdiepen. 

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

• Een salaris tussen de € 2500 - € 3100.
• Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,19 per kilometer naar Nieuwegein.
• Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,28 per kilometer voor zakelijk reizen (anders dan naar je werk in Nieuwegein).
• Pensioenregeling van Be Frank.
• Thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,- per dag. Als je net begint met werken, werk je op kantoor. Op termijn kun je maximaal 2 dagen per week thuiswerken.

Je gaat werken bij een bedrijf in de agrifoodsector dat zich inzet voor de kwaliteit en veiligheid van voedsel. Dit doen ze door advies te geven, controles uit te voeren en technische oplossingen te bedenken voor bedrijven. Dit bedrijf maakt onderdeel uit van een groter concern dat controles en audits, onderzoeken, keuringen, inspecties, bemonsteringen, certificeringen, classificaties, kwaliteitsregelingen, automatisering en projectmanagement verzorgd binnen diverse organisaties over de hele wereld.
