Qualifications We Seek

• An almost completed (master) degree in the direction of Real Estate, Construction Management & Engineering, Building Science, or Architecture.
• An above-average interest in the healthcare sector.
• Energetic proactive commitment and entrepreneurship.
• Sufficient independence to deliver high-quality work.
• The ability to empathize with the context.
• A sharp and analytical eye that allows you to see beyond the boundaries of your own expertise.

The Path Forward

Your graduate internship could mark the beginning of a promising career. If your talent shines during the internship, you may have the opportunity to apply for a position as a consultant/project manager in our organization as a Young Osborne Professional (YOP). As a YOP, you will receive focused mentorship and development programs to grow as a consultant or project manager. Many successful graduates have already embarked on this journey.
