CyberSecurity Engineer

Cegeka is #1 for Security in the annual Whitelane Research! Do you want to be part of one of the fastest growing and largest Security Operations Centers in Europe? Cegeka is looking for a SOC Engineer who will mainly focus on implementing our services at both existing and new C-SOR²C customers.

You develop and implement managed services such as SIEM, EDR, XDR and NDR at our customers on a project basis
You manage these services within the C-SOR²C: Cegeka’s Modern SOC
You work closely with other teams
You are aware of emerging threats/vulnerabilities and advise on actions to be taken
You provide support to the operational teams in handling incidents arising from the above technologies.

Vaardigheden

You have multiple years of experience with onboarding, configuring & maintaining services such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, NDR, Crowdstrike, Vectra, Splunk/Sentinel. Certification is a plus

You enjoy solving problems, are customer focused and flexible
You are a communicative team player with a healthy dose of autonomy and stress resistance
You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Security or other related field
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You will work from home in combination with our office in Hasselt.
