PreReady Business Analyst - Lease

That your analysis is key to solving our Lease business requirements. As a PreReady Business Analyst you can make a difference by contributing to the business development and improvement of processes.

Making a difference

You gather business requirements, within an agile at scale environment. You challenge the business and check whether or not the requirements are in line with the chosen direction for the overall architecture. The result of your analysis is a report that contains the order description for our development teams and other teams within the Rabobank organization.

You are a sparring partner for Product Managers and Product Owners
You are a sparring partner for the business analyst of the development teams, product owners, subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
You play a central role in monitoring the ongoing quality of work delivered in sprints and releases.
You are and remain abreast of the latest leasing architecture and incorporate this in the execution of your business analysis work.
Focus areas, including: Reporting, Data logistics, Finance, Sales, Services and Special Asset Management.

A minimum of College (“HBO”) thinking and working level;
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis
Knowledge of and experience in business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures;
Flexible and constructively critical attitude, strong analytic mindset;
Experienced in stakeholder management;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (both mandatory)
