As a (CRM) Project Manager, you will be joining our existing Salesforce team, a Salesforce Summit Partner (in Belgium)
You’ll be working on local and international projects.
You’ll be managing an internal project team and coordinating the delivery of digital transformation projects for our top clients.
You are responsible for your team’s resource allocation, team coordination and optimizing productivity.
You are the voice to our customers, and you'll need to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and keep them informed about project progress.

Leadership

Experienced in Scrum Agile methodology, you have a proven track record of effectively implementing Agile principles to drive project success.
Industry knowledge: ideally you have expertise in managing projects in a manufacturing, retail or pharma & life sciences industry.
Hands-on & pro-active mentality
Experience in Customer Experience platforms 
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English
