bottlenecks in the execution of the activities and suggests improvements

Evaluates the purpose of activities, working practices, methods and (practical) assignments and suggests improvements
.
 
Coach 
 
 
Improving service by communicating and
assisting
students to understand guest needs

Providing
guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed for students and team members
.
 
Coaches
students
regarding
work practices, practical assignments, research and/or the use of study materials,
machines
and instruments, amongst other things
.
 
Checks the students’ work and gives specific feedback
.
 
Has strong affinity and applies 21st century skills
.

Works in the result-responsible team on the team’s joint assignments

As a
Barista Coach

your responsibilities includes:
 

Beverage Preparation:
Skilled in preparing
various types
of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and taste. This involves grinding coffee beans, extracting espresso shots, steaming milk, and creating latte art.

 

Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) System:
Handling cash transactions and
operating
the POS system to process payments accurately.
 

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Responsible for
maintaining
a clean and organized workspace. This includes cleaning coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, as well as sanitizing countertops, utensils, and brewing tools.

 

Stocking and Inventory Management:
Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and lids.
 

Menu Knowledge:
K
nowledgeable about the coffee and beverage menu, including
different types
of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Make recommendations and guide customers in choosing the right beverage for their preferences.
 

Quality Control:
Maintain
high standards
of quality in beverage preparation, ensuring that each drink meets the established guidelines for taste, presentation, and consistency.
 

Food Safety:
Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards, following proper procedures for handling and storing perishable items.
 

Knowledge and skills:

Empowering everyone to
provide
excellent customer service. 
 
General theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. 
 
Knowledge of and insight into developments in the professional field.

€ 2,411.30 - € 3,264.65 gross per month for a full-time job
based on
scale 7 
of the compensation and benefits of NHG.
