Your Role

  • Dive into pre-claims handling and proactive solutions to ensure smooth transport.
  • Swiftly tackle irregularities and keep our operations on track.
  • Showcase your invoicing finesse—timely and accurate handling of supplier invoices.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, agents, suppliers, and global offices

What will your day look like?

You will be working with a exciting team in the export department, who all work together and build on each other!
You will be in close contact with your client, transporters and other offices around the world. There will be chances to take courses and for personal and professional growth within the company.

Who we are looking for?

  • A logistics enthusiast with at least an MBO Level 4 education or equivalent by experience.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dutch is an asset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Thrives under pressure, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Experience with GDP procedures is a strong bonus!
  • Service-oriented with a proactive mindset, ready to go the extra mile.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and precise in your work.
