What you will do

Craft and implement a
comprehensive Project Procurement Plan

Lead a team

of purchasers, expeditors, and logistics experts

Manage procurement activities

, including purchasing, expediting, inspection, and logistics
Collaborate with the Legal Department to
establish project-specific terms and conditions

Negotiate with suppliers

to secure the best possible deals
Handle the issuance of
RFQs
and the evaluation of technical and commercial bids
Coordinate
tender board meetings
and
finalize purchase orders
for contract award

Oversee commercial issues

with suppliers during manufacturing and ensure timely delivery
Address
conflicts and default situations
with suppliers in coordination with relevant department heads
Organize
supplier site visits
for commissioning, repair, and warranty activities
Compile purchasing
close-out reports
and conduct
close-out meetings
with suppliers when necessary

What you already have

A
Bachelor’s degree
in a technical or commercial field.
Over 10 years of commercial experience in the
Oil and Gas industry
Proficiency in managing complex
multi-disciplinary projects
In-depth knowledge of
INCOTERMS
and
contract terms and conditions
Fluency in
English
, both written and spoken
Ability to
tackle complex issues
, requiring expert knowledge and an understanding of the business context
