As a product owner at Salta Group, you play a crucial role in translating requirements into concrete user stories for our development team. You oversee a team of 6 full-time and 2 part-time developers, along with a team leader, towards integration excellence. Additionally, you build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met. You maintain a thorough understanding of our integration landscape and work closely with other product owners, business analysts, and key stakeholders to achieve our objectives.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

• Leading the integration team to excellence in their work.
• Translating requirements into actionable user stories for the development team.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Implementing the IT methodology within the team.
• Creating a roadmap to lead the team to success.
