De functie
Als Maintenance Mechanical Technician ben je onderdeel van een team en voer je zelfstandig reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan diverse soorten stationair en/of roterend equipment voor de verschillende fabrieksunits, op efficiënte en veilige manier volgens de geIdende normen en voorschriften. Je werkt in dagdienst en rapporteert aan de Mechanical Coordinator.De werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:
- het monteren en demonteren van flensverbindingen
- het afbIinden, (de)monteren, (laten) schoonmaken, testen en voor inspectie aanbieden van procesequipment voor (verplichte) inspecties
- het (laten) reinigen en aanbieden voor inspectie en vervolgens uitvoeren of coördineren van reparatiewerkzaamheden aan silo’s en opsIagtanks
- het vervangen/repareren van roterend equipment en aandrijvingen (tandwieIkasten en eIektromotoren), vaak in combinatie met hijswerkzaamheden
- het (laten) vervaardigen of re-conditioneren van afgekeurde en/of versleten onderdeIen
- het voorbereiden, begeleiden en uitvoeren van shutdown-werkzaamheden (3x per jaar)
Wie zoeken wij?
- Wij zoeken een collega met een afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO 3 of 4 niveau
- Met kennis van mechanisch en roterend equipment
- Je kunt werken op grote hoogtes, in besloten ruimtes en onder tijdsdruk
- Je bent bereid om call out te lopen en wanneer noodzakelijk buiten bezette tijden te werken
- Basiskennis van en ervaring met materiaaIsoorten, Iasmethoden, IasmateriaIen, ITP, enz. is een pre
