- Lead the design and engineering efforts for HVAC systems, considering the unique requirements and challenges posed by offshore installations.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and plans for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, structural, and environmental engineers to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into overall wind farm infrastructure.
What do you need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
- Proven experience of min. 13 years in HVAC system design;
- Previous experience in offshore or marine applications;
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC engineering principles, equipment, and components, including chillers, compressors, heat exchangers, and control systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Commitment to safety excellence and environmental stewardship, with a track record of implementing best practices for offshore operations.
