Imagine …. that you as developer are responsible for helping teams to continuously improve their development processes within IT. You develop complete and scalable solutions leveraging Azure DevOps to enable teams with many different technologies (.NET, Java, and much, much else besides) to have fast, efficient, secure and easy-to-use CI/CD pipelines.

The Test & Automation Services department (TAS) within the organization has the responsibility to help 400 development teams around the globe with the organizational IT Systems goal. This goal is to deliver software to production in a secure, compliant and automated way as fast as possible meeting Security DevOps principles and SOx guidelines. The teams we help develop software on various platforms like Java, .NET, JavaScript, SAP, Siebel, and Cobol and we help them move towards Azure as a cloud solution.

The team: Our team is responsible for establishing Azure DevOps within Rabobank. Therefore, we are looking for Azure DevOps specialists who will work with us to teach all teams within Rabobank to work with Azure DevOps in the right way

Functie eisen

With you
Customer focus, motivation and embracing change are clearly essential for the role of developer. You will be developing components and extensions for Azure DevOps as well as cloud-based services for CI/CD and so the following are important to have:

• Thorough knowledge of CI/CD principles.
• Significant knowledge of manage and configure Azure DevOps .
• Experience with working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Experience in improving teams through consultancy
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at different levels
• Speak and write in English on a professional level.
• A bachelor's degree or higher or proof of being able to work/think on this level.

In addition, experience in any of the following would be great (and make you the perfect candidate), but is not mandatory:

• Reporting environments like Power BI.
• C# development experience using modern frameworks.
• Experience with scripting language such as bash, PowerShell, azure CLI, etc."
