Credit Controller German
On behalf of our client, an outdoor fashion brand based in the Amsterdam region, we search for a Credit Controller DACH. In this role you will be responsible for all German accounts, which represent approx. 1/3d of the revenue. It concerns an all-round role where you’ll be in charge from checking creditworthiness to actual collection activities.
Your main responsibilities
You will be responsible for Credit Control activities for the German Market. Therefore you're tasks consist out of the following:- Assisting Credit manager with the reminder and recovery process for wholesale accounts receivable throughout Europe;
- Checking creditworthiness for new accounts and on an on-going basis for existing accounts;
- Managing blocked orders and accounts;
- Invoicing on a daily basis;
- Contact customers by phone and mail to establish a good relationship;
- Monitor payment plans and initiate collections activities.
Your profile
In order to be successful in this job, you possess the following characteristics:
- Educational background in accounting/finance;
- Fluent German and English;
- Experience within Credit Management, preferably a retail environment;
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Dynamics AX;
- Linkage with the green business and mission statement.
