One of our Sales & Service Support employees continues his ambitions, but outside Sparck. That is why we are looking for a new colleague. Are you a customer-oriented team player? Your position

As a Sales & Service Support employee you are the point of contact for all Sales and Service related issues, both internally and externally. Service is of paramount importance to you and customer-oriented work is therefore your strength. You take your responsibilities and show ownership. You can switch well and quickly find your way to the right solution within the organization. In this position you make the connection between Technology, Supply Chain Solutions, Sales and Service.

We are looking for someone who finds it a challenge to increase our flexibility and who is concerned with efficiency and standardization. Someone who likes to work together to find the right balance. In addition, you don't mind flexible working hours.

You will deal with issues from external parties, customers and colleagues, replenish our spares warehouses, process and send orders, request and organize transport quotes. We also want to improve our processes, with the result that they are better suited to the changing market in which we operate. A proactive, positive and open attitude helps you carry out your duties. You are well versed in communication, accurate, customer- and collaboration-oriented. You perform well under pressure in an international organization.

Position within the company

As a Sales & Service support employee you are part of the Sales & Service Support department, a team currently consisting of 3 employees. You report to the Team Manager of the Sales & Service Support department. Your tasks will mainly be focused on the service organization, but you will also have to be able to pick up tasks from fellow team members in order to ensure the continuity of work in the department.

And you supplement that with:
  • MBO+ /HBO working and thinking level, affinity with logistics and technology;
  • Your communication is clear and powerful. You are someone who knows how to make connections easily;
  • You are structured, you have an eye for detail and you are stress resistant;
  • You are both customer and quality oriented;
  • You know the normal MS Office applications inside and out. You also have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written, is a requirement.
