We are looking for a Customer Service Employee, qui parle le Français. A very challenging position within a global organization, whose control tower for Europe is located in Eindhoven. From this office you work with an informal team.
- Excellent salary based on your experience.
- Full-time position for 40 hours per week. Part-time opportunities are negotiable.
- A contract for a definite period of time and with good performance prospects of a permanent contract.
- Working hours in day shift from Monday to Friday in shifts between 7:00 am and 6:15 pm.

- Entering orders in the TMS and administratively recording purchase rates and sales rates.
- Setting up international transports via internal transport planning or transport partners.
- Monitoring end-to-end logistics links from order to delivery.
- Handling daily requests to clients and suppliers for status updates, invoice requests, complaints and escalations.
- Use commercial perspectives to realize the wishes of the customer.
- Reporting of revenue, costs & performance KPIs.
- Periodic presentations e.g. making monthly business reviews with the client, performance meetings with the suppliers & complaints reviews with associated justification to evaluate processes and, in consultation with the manager, to keep this to a minimum.
- You have completed a MBO/HBO education
- You have knowledge of transport and logistics and experience in a commercial environment
- You master at least the French and English language and preferably also Dutch
