Group Logistic Data Analyst / Europe
As a Logistic Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing Accell Group's logistics operations! In collaboration with our Group Logistic and Warehouse Manager, you will lead the transformation to a digitized and data-driven logistics organization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing extensive data sets to optimize transport routes, reduce costs and improve efficiency. You will create data-driven insights, maintain dynamic dashboards and reports, and identify trends to make informed decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to refine data strategies and adhere to rigorous standards for data accuracy and reliability. Your above and beyond driven to make a tangible impact on our logistics future.
Analyze and interpret large datasets related to logistics and supply chain operations;
Develop data-driven insights to optimize transportation route, reduce cost, and improve overall efficiency;
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key logistics performance metrics;
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics data, providing actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies;
Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of logistics data.
The department
The Group Logistics department is responsible for all logistics processes and Customs within the total Supply Chain of Accell Group. Together with the regional Logistics teams we drive strategic projects, harmonizations and integration initiatives on Global level to enhance and support sustainable growth of Accell Group. 2024 and 2025 will be crucial years in designing and developing a sustainable and robust Logistic network to empower growth and competitiveness on global scale.

Your location will be one of the Accell offices in Europe, for example Amsterdam / Heerenveen / Apeldoorn (NL), Dijon (FR). You will have the flexibility to work from home but appreciate being able to come to our office at least twice a week. In addition, you are willing to travel to other locations from time to time.
What do you bring?
- Bachelor degree in Data Science, statistics, Logistics or related field;
- Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in logistics or supply chain;
- Familiarity with data visualization tools;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, SQL, Excel);
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently on analytical projects;
- Knowledge of logistics an supply chain processes;
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on data analytics techniques and tools.
