For our client in Rijssen we are looking for a shift manager. You will be working in 2-shift operation. The company is a specialist in rotational molding. They are active in automotive, mechanical engineering and agriculture. The company has a focus on sustainability and is located in five countries.

What are your duties?
When you join this company as a shift leader, it is your job to lead the machine operators. Making ad hoc decisions, having an eye for details and constantly wanting to improve are all things that belong within your tasks package. You know what is going on and you know how to translate this to your team. You report various matters to the Supply Chain Manager. You work hard with the operators in the 2-shift operation and ensure good development within this team of about 20 employees.What are we looking for?
- You are able to monitor and control production quality;
- In addition, you have an eye for detail and work according to ARBO with attention to safety;
- Also you have a good command of the Dutch and English language and you have technical insight;
- Preferably you have experience in a similar position;
- Finally, you are stress resistant and know how to keep an overview.
