Wat ga jij doen?
Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst speel je een cruciale rol in ons bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de verkoopactiviteiten, fungerend als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en het centrale punt binnen onze organisatie. Door jouw inzicht in de markt en jouw focus op de segmenten die je samen met de accountmanager bedient, ben je goed op de hoogte van de behoeften van onze klanten. Door klanten op professionele wijze te assisteren, bouw je aan vertrouwen en leg je een stevige basis voor langdurige relaties.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

• Behandel je orders en/of aanvragen van het gehele leveringsprogramma, inclusief inkoop
• Volg je aangeboden offertes op
• Draag je zorg voor het optimaal afhandeling van de volledige verkoopadministratie van orders
• Ondersteun je de Account Managers
• Breng je advies uit aan onze klanten
• Denk je mee met de klant over de toepassingsmogelijkheden van onze producten
• Onderhandel je over prijsafspraken
• Onderhoud je optimaal contacten met onze toeleveranciers, fabrikanten en collega’s van onze zusterbedrijven

Wat vragen wij van jou?

• Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau en je hebt een commerciële opleiding afgerond en affiniteit met techniek
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie
• Goede beheersing van het Office 365 pakket
• Uitstekende sociale en contactuele vaardigheden
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• No-nonsense instelling, resultaat-, klant- en kwaliteitsgericht denken en handelen
• Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit, probleemoplossend, gestructureerd, flexibel, integer en stressbestendig
• Woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam of Vlaardingen
