Your opportunity

As an
Integrated Project Planner
, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely
planning of all project activities
and
create progress reports
for the project management team. You will serve as the crucial
link between various processes
and generate a
comprehensive plan
encompassing
engineering, procurement, manufacturing engineering, production, and commissioning activities
from contract to delivery. Your role will involve driving
logistics processes
to ensure on-time delivery of equipment to the construction site.

What you will do

Creating

a baseline plan for all project activities based on the

master plan

and

budget

in collaboration with project managers, team leaders, and subcontractors

• Maintaining and analyzing the operational plan,

identifying

progress delays and bottlenecks

• Providing progress status overviews and

preparing forecast

information

• Compiling project information for multi-project planning
• Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace
• Initiating

improvement processes

on specific subjects

Leading the logistics team

to ensure project requirements are met

• Discussing and

negotiating

import and

export requirements, incoterms

with customs

What you already have

MSc. or BSc.

 in
Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management

5+ years of experience

in planning complex technical projects
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
or other planning software

• Knowledge of

Earned Value Management

, manufacturing, industrial, and supply chain processes

• Understanding of

all project management phases

(initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure)

• Available for working 

full-time in Vlissingen

• Excellent

 English

, so you can communicate efficiently with your multi-cultural team

• Willingness to perform a 

background check

EU citizenship

 is a must, due to the nature of the military projects
