Enterprise Architect
Amsterdam | IT | HBO
As an Enterprise Architect at Kinly, you will own and grow the Kinly Target Operating Platform to ensure business initiatives with IT implications align with the overall company strategy, as well as leading the Architecture team.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Own Kinly IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology;
- Provide Enterprise Architectural oversight for significant projects , ensuring they are aligned to IT strategy;
- Contribute to the formulation of policies;
- Manage activities that take place during Target Operating Platform (TOP) Program including ideation, design, integration, and implementation;
- Communicate the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalisation and adoption of IT standards and procedures;
- Define enterprise IT standards and architectural roadmaps working in collaboration with IT development and operations;
- Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture.

What do you bring to the table?
- Significant IT/product leadership and management;
- Broad Stakeholder Management at CxO level, and influencing skills at multiple levels;
- A strategic, ‘big picture’ thinker with practical experience of the pressures of operational roles;
- Solid experience with implementing CRM and ERP Cloud business applications;
- Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity;
- Not afraid of challenging the status quo, convincing users of alternative solutions;
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
- Experience working within a diverse and distributed organization;
- Broad understanding of information technology topics.
- Detailed knowledge of 3 or more processes within TOP scope:
- Lead to Order
- Design to Build
- Order to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Record to Report
- Hands on experience in creating and maintaining a vision, roadmap, and backlog;
- A flexible attitude to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities
Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience;
- Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology architecture role;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs;
- Proficiency with information technologies in a secure network environment;
- Experience with SAAS (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, O365) or similar software;
- Experience with Integration (MuleSoft, Apigee, Oracle, Celigo, Software AG, Boomi, Jitterbit) or similar platforms;
- Expertise in tools (Visio, Sparx EA, Azure DevOps, JIRA, PowerPoint and SharePoint) or similar software.
