Customer Service Representative Nordics

Are you the person who makes our customers smile? Then get to work as Customer Service Representative at Ewals Cargo Care in Turku.

 

Content of the job

• You will be responsible

for
coordinating and following up transport orders from customers in Finland and Sweden according to the company's predefined quality standards and the specific requirements of the customer;

• Accepting and supervising transport orders from customers;
• Providing detailed information to colleagues internally and externally;
• Follow-up progress of transport. Ensuring a perfect start and follow-up of new customers. Register, follow-up and improve performance;
• Communicating with customers and registering customer complaints.

 

Job requirements

• A Bachelor (preferably commercial) degree or soon finishing the studies;
• Fluently speaking and writing

Swedish, Finnish and English

, other languages are of an advantage;

• You are a true professional and a positive team player who takes responsibility and is an added value to our team. As a person you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and result driven. You have excellent communication skills.

Will you be the new Customer Service Representative? Then we offer you a fulltime position with 37,5 weekly hours.
