Job responsibilities - Outbound Planning Manager
As an Outbound Planning Manager, you will have great responibilities for the (semi-)finished goods production planning and factory capacity planning, where you find a perfect balance between production demand and supply capability.Other responsibilies:
- Factory S&OP process (masterplanning and short term scheduling)
- Customer Service Level with lowest possible stock days-on-hand and cost (e.g. write-off)
- Focus on critical KPIs (e.g. Customer Service Level, Days On Hand / inventory value, Write-off, Factory Plan-to-produce and operational efficiency)
- Management a team of Planning (5-10 members) and customer service (1-4 members)
- Portfolio switch between 2 factories
- Integration of finished goods to new shared distribution centre
Job requirements - Outbound Planning Manager
The ideal candidate has a Master Degree in supply chain management or equivalent. In addition, the ideal candidate should have:
- 7 – 10 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain
- A proven track record as a people manager
- Strong knowledge on S&OP processes
- Experience with senior stakeholder management, strong communication & stress resistance
- Fluent in English is a must
