Head marketing & communication

STRP is looking for a Head of Marketing & Communication STRP is a cultural organisation in Eindhoven that explores the relationship between art, technology, and the future. This exploration leads, among other things, to the annual STRP Festival with international exhibitions, public dialogues and artist talks, workshops, music, performances ,and an extensive education program. Function As Head of Marketing and Communication of STRP, you are responsible for all marketing and communication activities towards visitors and partners, online and offline. You will lead a small and flexible team of communication staff and work closely with the programmers and the STRP team. The position will be formed in mutual agreement. Task description

• You will develop a long-term marketing and communication plan and a strategy with the management regarding STRP's positioning and audience.
• You devise and implement original communications and public actions appropriate to STRP.
• You organise the communication activities of STRP, divide tasks and responsibilities, and monitor the progress of all ongoing actions and campaigns.
• You prepare annual and project budgets and are responsible for managing your budget.
• You actively participate in writing grant applications and reports.
• You maintain contact with local, national and international press and know the specific channels relevant to STRP.

Profile You are well-versed in digital culture and relevant developments in art, design and media and have a strong interest in the relationship between technology, art and the future. You are an excellent communicator and you inspire and motivate the STRP team. Online communication is a specialty of yours. You have a well-developed sense of commercial action and also know how to communicate easily with the corporate world. In addition, you are both hands-on and strategic. Requirements

• You have at least three years of relevant work experience.
• You have experience developing and implementing a strategic marketing and communication plan.
• You have excellent communication skills, preferably in English and Dutch. What we offer
• A versatile position of 32 hours at an informal and innovative organisation.
• The position is scaled in CAR UWO 10: the gross salary is between €2973 and €4831 per month on a full-time basis and depends on age and experience.
