What we ask

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance
At least 5 years of relevant experience in
Experienced in accounts payable function
Data entry experience with excellent accuracy level
Excellent Reporting skills and proficiency in excel.
Working exposure with Microsoft Navision is added advantage
Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Planning and organizing skills
Accurate and disciplined, uses a structured approach in work

Vacancy description

Performing accounts payable function of all the locations and other associated activities
Assisting in month end closure ensuring all provisions made accurate as per company policy
Reconciliation of AR & AP for intercompany and other group company reconciliation.
Support in budget preparations & workings
Supporting billing team in rising Invoices
Vendor payable reconciliation & uploading the payments to treasury
Sound knowledge & working experience of GST filings & compliance
Knowledge of all the statutory compliances such as TDS, PF, PT etc
Ensuring maintenance of records and documentation
Assisting Statutory audit and Internal audit teams as and when required
Assisting management on adhoc requirements
