YOUR ROLE
As a Team Coordinator, you coordinate the work on the warehouse floor.
You are clearly visible in the workplace, you are confident and you have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify issues and keep an overview.

You are familiar with logistic processes, in a way that you are up and running in your new position in no time!
 
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
You also make preparations for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
You inform and, in consultation with your team leader, you pick up process improvements;
You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.
 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
You are available full-time and can be deployed flexibly;
You master the Dutch or English language verbally and in writing;
Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
You are available full time and (in time) willing to work in shifts.

You will receive a monthly salary between €2.422,20 and €3.313,30 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);

You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
Everyone gets 25 holidays, with the possibility of earning four extra days if you are sick;
We have a favourable pension scheme, travel allowance and discounts on various insurances;
Opportunities to further develop yourself through courses and training, through the CEVA Academy. The possibilities als include studying alongside your work.
