The team Financiën Control en Administraties of gemeente Barneveld is professionalizing. In order to further improve our services to the area of Leefomgeving, we are looking for an experienced Business Controller with sufficient experience in the field of Vastgoed, Verkeer, and related investments. This business controller is tasked with shaping the role as a business partner together with the fixed business controller within Leefomgeving, so that the future permanent business controller can start with a well-prepared package of tasks.

Main tasks:

• Continuing customer service for Vastgoed, Verkeer.
• Providing advice regarding customer service of Leefomgeving, taking into account the different roles within the Financiën team and collaborating with the fixed business controller within Leefomgeving.
• Ensuring a good setup of the administration in Key2Fin with the responsible team members of Financiën.

Eisen:

• Aantoonbaar WO werk- en denkniveau

Wensen:

• Ervaring: waaronder ervaring met het opleveren van alle P&C producten en ruime ervaring met grondexploitaties
