Als Senior Planner/Dispatcher maak je onderdeel uit van het Customer Care Center en neem je het voortouw in een aantal overkoepelende thema s. Je plant kwalitatief de onderhouden en reparaties die plaats moeten vinden op apparatuur bij Nederlandse klanten. De resource planning die hierbij hoort bestaat uit:

• Service Engineers
• Applicatie Specialisten
• Technici van derden
• Materialen, gereedschappen en/of meetinstrumenten.

Het actief consulterend en informeren van klanten is essentieel en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij escalaties zowel intern als extern.
Het onderhouden van je contacten binnen de eigen groep, met Service Engineers, Applicatie Specialisten en andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf maar ook met leveranciers en partners is belangrijk om je taak goed uit te kunnen voeren. Daarnaast ben je de rechterhand van de manager en ondersteun je bij afdeling overkoepelende thema’s zoals procesverbeteringen, rapportages en interne & externe communicatie.

De uitdagingen voor de Planner/Dispatcher...Monitoren van de activiteiten en bezettingsgraad zodat voldaan wordt aan gemaakte afspraken en dat urgente activiteiten kunnen worden gerealiseerd. Daarbij is het van belang om de juiste administratieve verwerking van uren en materialen door Service Engineers en Applicatie Specialisten te bewaken.

Gevraagd:

• Je beschikt over een HBO diploma
• Enkele jaren relevante/vergelijkbare werkervaring
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar
• Een klant- en servicegerichte instelling
• Communicatief vaardig, oplossingsgericht, je neemt initiatief, bent een teamspeler, besluitvaardigheid, accuraat, resultaat & kwaliteitsgericht
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
• Kennis van grafisch planbord / SAP is een pre
