Scrum Master Impact Buying

As a Scum Master you are responsible for effective cooperation in the DevOps team and across teams when required, assuring the scrum process and agile practices are maintained & effectively used by reporting & steering on our team's continued quality, velocity, value delivery, and burndown metrics. You’re not satisfied with half the work or less and you don’t wait, rather, you are proactive to improve impediments and sprint goal delivery. As a Scrum Master, you know how to motivate and drive a team forward.

  • Facilitating and leading Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective sessions.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in their role.
  • Maintaining the sprint board and sprint administration hygiene, ensuring team members administer their work in backlog and sprint tooling.
  • Reporting to management and stakeholders on team metrics.
  • Internally consulting with stakeholders to ensure team collaboration and direction are healthy.
  • Providing knowledge, training, and learning experiences to improve the way of working, following Scrum, Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Coaching the team and Product Owners to grow their maturity, self-organization skills, responsibility, and autonomy to deliver value.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to identify and solve impediments or blockers.
  • Involvement in continuous improvement processes based on hypotheses, facts, and metrics to ensure improvements are fact-based.

Overall skills:

  • Higher Education (Bsc or equivalent)
  • Proven work experience as a Scrum Master for at least 5 years
  • You are familiar with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office 365 with a focus on Excel
  • Experience in an environment with multiple development teams
  • Relevant certification is an advantage
  • Experienced with Agile/Scrum methods
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • The ability to understand the needs of stakeholders & the perspective of the teams
