Head of Sales Benelux
The Head of Sales will report directly to the Country Manager.

What you’ll do and how you’ll make an impact:
Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects;
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets;
Identify business expansion opportunities
,
 analyze market potential, and target new business of the highest value;
Take full responsibility for the sales cycle from prospecting to launch of the campaigns;
Manage, coach,
 and grow an enterprise sales team
;
Support account management team in managing client relationships;
Qualifications, qualities
,

 and skills we look for:
A very experienced sales professional in the sales area (experience in sales team management);
Knowledge of and experience in performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB (Real Time Bidding) model;
Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
Creative problem-solving skills;
Ability to lead people with empathy while maintaining a challenging environment;
Fluency in English & Dutch;
Experience and existing network in the market would be an essential;
Industry and product knowledge would be an additional advantage;
Experience in hiring and training people;
