We are looking for Production Operators for a pharmaceutical client in Amsterdam (5-shift model of working). 

5. Shift Work

Seeking individuals with experience in biopharmaceuticals.

1. Purpose of the Position:

Conduct pharmaceutical production work with blood plasma and related products under quality conditions. This includes various daily production operations across multiple production lines.

2. Place in the Organization:

Reports to the relevant (sub)department or unit s higher manager. Does not supervise others.

3. Result Areas:

• Execute production operations.
• Record, manage, and report deviations in production.
• Perform quality-related tasks.
• Manage the workplace.
• Fulfill all other duties within the position s scope.

4. Elaboration of Result Areas:

4.1. Carrying out Production Operations:

• Follow SOPs and regulations for production operations.
• Perform dilution calculations and interpret results.
• Prepare for production processes.
• Document all work in logbooks and protocols.
• Manage raw and auxiliary materials in the information system.

4.2. Registering, Administering, and Reporting Deviations in the Production Process:

• Identify, record, and report deviations to senior operators or managers.
• Handle rejected materials administratively.

4.3. Carrying out Work for Quality:

• Conduct product, process, and material checks, including sampling and inspection.
• Record quality check results in the information system.
• Perform routine validation and calibration work.
• Report deviations to management.
• Write validation and calibration reports and update SOPs as needed.

4.4. Carrying out Workplace Management:

• Clean equipment and materials.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Maintain stock and ensure timely replenishment.

5. Job Requirements:

• MBO education in the relevant field with at least 1 year of operator experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and automated systems used by Sanquin.
• Independent, socially capable, responsible, and communicative.
