In this role, you are part of the Spray Painting department. The department consists of a flow coating machine that applies the base layer to the doors, an advanced 3K spray machine, and a manual spray booth for finishing the doors, supplemented by a sanding and putty department.

Your tasks:

• Skillfully applying paint to wooden doors using a spray paint gun, primarily within a closed cabin environment
• Processing and painting wooden doors to meet quality standards and specifications
• Taking proactive measures to contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes
• Conducting thorough quality checks throughout the painting process to maintain high standards
• Addressing minor malfunctions in equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of spraying tools to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in similar work, demonstrating your understanding of the tasks involved
• Proficiency in either Dutch, English, or German languages
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong dedication to delivering work of exceptional quality
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays

Our offer:

• Competitive salary ranges from €13.60 to €14.77 per hour (brutto)
• Daytime shift options: 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM
• Shift allowance is provided for those working outside regular hours
• Full-time, permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week
