We develop and manufacture innovative packaging systems for pharmaceutical products with more than 2,500 employees worldwide. The following tasks will await you:
- You perform, control and optimize product inspections
- You analyze field and quality data, conclude field of actions, initiate and lead corrective and preventive actions
- You will perform failure and fundamental analyses and review improvements to the quality management system
- You communicate and coordinate quality related topics with customers and vendors
- You maintain the KPI structure for the organizational performance and lead the organizational continuous improvement program
- You are the US quality representative towards the global Uhlmann quality community
- You drive the development of company policies, processes, and procedures and keep best practices and Quality trends abreast
You convince us with:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical related field or a High School Diploma
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality and service
- The ability to understand norms and regulations such as ISO 9001, GMP and their impact on quality management systems
- You have detailed knowledge of technical specifications (EU and US) of electrical, pneumatical and mechanical parts and machines
- An auditor certification or a manufacturing, electrical and machining background is beneficial
