Traineeship programme

We have developed a traineeship programme especially for starters. As a trainee, you will be trained to become a (junior) geotechnical engineer. During the course of the traineeship, you will work on several projects, and you will be given ample time to learn according to the learning-on-the-job principle, supplemented with specific skills needed for the position of (junior) geotechnical engineer. Besides receiving a competitive salary, we also offer you various tailor-made professional training courses and there is extra attention for your personal development. With a special opportunity for 3 months to further develop yourself at an international and leading engineering firm in London.

For whom?

The traineeship programme is intended for new employees who are proficient in the Dutch language and who will start working as junior consultants in geotechnical engineering at GEO2 Engineering B.V. After the probationary period, we will start the 24-month programme.

Objective:

Developing yourself as an all-round geotechnical consultant.

for a period of 3 months.

Personal coach

During your traineeship programme, you will be coached by an experienced colleague with whom you can spar.

Result

On completion of the traineeship, you will have:

• insight into your qualities and development points as a consultant;
• gone through a steep learning curve, both personally and professionally;
• worked on various complex (international) projects.
