Profile Project Manager
Do you have experience leading diverse teams and collaborating on complex offshore energy projects?Project Manager
to lead teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction while managing stakeholder relationships and promoting team growth.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Build an Effective Project Management Team:
- Inspire the team to achieve the project according to the plan.
- Define and maintain the project organisation, including responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills and expertise.
- Manage internal communication and reporting.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation with stakeholders.
- Deliver Project According to Plan:
- Provide leadership to successfully deliver the project through all phases (initiate, plan, execute, control, and close-out).
- Lead the HSSE and Quality culture.
- Own the Execution Strategy, Project Execution Plan, and Project Business Plan.
- Communicate project objectives/targets to the team and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for the client, managing communication, reporting, and relationship.
- Challenge project performance in all aspects.
- Optimise costs and manage cash flow: optimise revenues.
- Ensure adherence to the Management of Change and Risk processes.
- Communicate the contract baseline to the Project team.
- Notify the client promptly of any changes in scope.
Requirements Project Manager
- Ability to inspire and lead a team, promoting effective teamwork and communication.
- Extensive experience in managing projects from initiation through to completion. Familiarity with the offshore energy sector is an advantage.
- Holding a Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, security, environment, and quality standards.
- Effective in communicating project objectives and managing relationships, especially with clients.
- Skills in optimising project costs, managing cash flow, and maximising revenues.
- Proficiency in managing change and risks effectively.
- A commitment to developing team members, including coaching and mentoring.
