Medior fullstack JavaScript developer

What do they do?

Well not completely with R2-D2 of course because Star Wars has been a long time ago, but since its first appearance in 1977, 46 years later it is becoming more and more of a reality. In fact, our client builds robots that can support us. You can think of hospitality, robots at large companies that make sure you are directed to the right appointment, robots that help in elderly care to combat loneliness or robots that replace basic work in daily operations.

The software in these robots is of course entirely created and developed in-house with supportive help of software such as ChatGPT for interaction. The organization is growing from start-up phase and are solvent. With the increasing need for robotization and a labour shortage, they are now looking for extra hands.

What is it that you will be doing?

Very simple. Building software with a pure passion for development. You will be working here in a small close-knit team building on both the front and backend. As a full-stack developer you need to be a jack of all trades, because you will be on site at customers' premises testing the robots and adjusting the software on site. You must have an ability and willingness to solve things independently. After all, new challenges and customer requirements develop every day. They have only one goal: to build the best social robots with lively interaction

What is required?

As a person, you develop from an internal interest in development. This is one of the coolest projects to work in as nobody in the Netherlands is doing this!

You are qualified if you have the following:

• 2 years of Node.JS
• 2 years of React.JS

Your quality is going to be tested in a fullstack JS assesment
