The team
We are Global Workplace Services at ING and we deliver Workplace services for 60,000 colleagues worldwide. We ensure that our colleagues can work simple and safely with any device, wherever they are at home, in the office, or in another country. Specifically, we provide laptops, (virtual) desktops, mobile, and fixed telephony, video conferencing, software (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Windows, and Office). We also provide the infrastructure and 3rd line support for these services. 

WPS has standardized on SaaS (cloud) services; especially for Cloud Managed Workplaces and Collaboration Services. 
Roles and responsibilities
You will be responsible for creation and maintenance of building blocks, standards relating to Microsoft endpoint infrastructure (Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), Windows operating systems, and other workplace products. 

Supervise the implementations of solutions - in accordance with the design. 
You understand the principles of outsourcing on operational, tactical and strategic levels with E2E accountability of the WPS Services delivered across multiple external and internal parties.

You are responsible for designing the service and making sure our customers stay satisfied. This includes gathering and describing ING (service) requirements, refining epics and features, active internal stakeholder management, and manage the contractual obligations of the sourced services and the way of working of ING.

Maintenance of design documents within the domain – assure completeness and integrity. 
Research new Workplace innovations, including delivering proof of concepts. 
Lead technical discussions with clients that drive decisions and implementations.
Ability to visualize, articulate, and solving complex problems.

You have at least 5 years of experience in comparable roles and you have an outstanding track record of designing the Modern Workplace.
This specifically includes components like W10, cloud PC (W365), Windows Virtual Desktop (AVD), MEM Intune, etc.
Experienced in designing security and network for Modern Workplace.
A strong understanding of M365 services, Modern Workplace and have the certifications to prove it.
Relevant IT experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level Workplace management technologies within a multinational organization.

You have worked in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial institutions).
You improve yourself constantly; and you challenge, improve and train others continuously.
You are the ‘go-to-person’ for the team when encountering challenges.
You frequently visit conferences in order to develop yourself and to share your gained knowledge with your colleagues.
Stakeholder management on all the levels within the organization of ING, work together with them to achieve your set goals.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field/ equivalent work experience 
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to various audiences.
Ability to develop strong and collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders.
