Business Development Manager Benelux Life Science

This is our daily practice. Isogen Life Science has been supplying a wide range of instruments, reagents and consumables in cell biology, molecular biology and biochemistry since 1987. Our products are used by biotechnology companies and leading research institutes. We mainly offer new and high-quality products and techniques to the market. Our head office is in De Meern in the Netherlands with active local field sales in Belgium and Spain as well.
For our activities in Belgium we are looking for a Business Development Manager with a focus on Wallonia.
For our activities in the Netherlands we are looking for a Business Development Manager with focus on West part of the Netherlands.
Primary duties
- Expand, manage and build a loyal customer portfolio.
- Active prospecting to expand the customer portfolio.
- Visits of potential customers in the life science market
- Being a reliable discussion partner for customers who translates their needs into the right solutions.
- Be alert to changes and opportunities in your region, both among customers and the competition.
Job requirements
- Reporting to the sales and marketing manager Job requirements
- Education and/or background in life science.
- Full of initiative, reliable, flexible, stress resistant and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and assertive.
- Good command of the French (for Belgium), Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.
- Drivers license.
