Department
The department Business Control & Finance (BCF) comprises three expert centres. One of these expert centres is the Continuous Improvement Team. This team ensures that Robeco keeps up with the changes and challenges a finance department is facing. An important change is the increasing importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. Robeco, being a leader in sustainability, recognizes the value of integrated reporting and wants to build out its expertise in this area. We are looking for an Integrated Reporting Manager who can support Robeco in this effort and bring our corporate reporting to the next level.Sustainability has long been in the DNA of Robeco and we believe that inclusion of sustainability factors is essential for sound decision making and accountability. Robeco aims to ‘walk the talk’ by integrating sustainability in its own business operations. Together with a dedicated team you will advance Robeco towards integrated reporting. Important stakeholders include Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, Procurement and our Corporate Sustainability Officer. Robeco operates globally and as Integrated Reporting Manager, you will need to ensure a consistent and accurate global ESG data set. You will be responsible for the actual reporting and making sure that going forward Robeco is on top of new developments in this area.
Job
As a Integrated Reporting Manager, you will:- Setup and develop integrated reporting for Robeco
- Ensure quality and auditability of ESG data related to Robeco’s business operations
- Be responsible for solving complex accounting/reporting issues
- Build and maintain a cross-organizational reporting network
- Create awareness and commitment regarding integrated reporting
- Share ESG and reporting knowledge throughout the organization
- Be jointly responsible for delivering the integrated reporting
- Sparring partner for senior management on other complex reporting topics
