Job duties and responsibilities
- Conducting individual and group tennis lessons for players of various ages and skill levels.
- Developing personalized training programs to suit the needs and goals of each player.
- Providing guidance on technical skills, strategy, and mental preparation for matches.
- Organizing and supervising tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments.
- Monitoring player progress and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Assisting in the promotion and marketing of tennis programs and events at Leon Tennis Club.
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Proven experience as a tennis coach, preferably with certification from recognized tennis associations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate players.
- Knowledge of tennis techniques, tactics, and training methods.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
