Tijhof Autotransportsystemen is looking for a real team player. An enthusiastic financial administrative employee who knows how to tackle things and is available 24 to 32 hours a week.

Do you like to keep an overview and are you also good with money? As a financial administrative employee, you always have your affairs in order. From our branch in Almelo you help to take care of the monthly figures and administration. Thanks to your experience in the financial administrative field, you know exactly how to do this. Your work:

• Maintaining the debtor and creditor administration.
• Checking invoices and debits.
• Managing the cash register and handling payments.
• Sending payment reminders and reminders.
• Correct recording and archiving of the (financial) administrative data.
• You indicate the salary changes and ensure that your colleagues see the correct amount on their pay slip at the end of the month.

Your profile:

• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written. (German and English is an advantage).
• You have an eye for detail and are meticulous in your work.
• Good communication skills, reliable, honest, enterprising, accurate.
• You can work independently but also in a team.
• You have financial-analytical insight.

Education level and experience:

• MBO work and thinking level.
• Experience with Snelstart and Ridder IQ.

• An employment contract of 24 to 32 hours per week.
• After a temporary employment contract, if you perform well, you have the prospect of permanent employment.
