After Sales Engineer

What does your day look like?

As you sip your morning coffee, you power up your laptop. Top of the to-do list? Securing the essential replacement parts a customer is urgently awaiting. You look into the technical drawings and set everything up for a quick delivery.

You pick up your calculator, eager to see today's requests. Although the tasks are familiar, the details and variations make sure each day feels unique. You get right to the cost calculations for a few new inquiries. Numbers and technical details fill your screen, but soon you have clear quotations ready to send to customers.

Post-lunch, you immerse yourself back into the system, processing an order for a maintenance contract from a client in Japan. A quick stock check confirms the availability of crucial components, and you orchestrate their timely procurement.

You wrap up your day by going over the most recent sales and budget numbers from the Customer Support Department. With everything in order, you're confident about starting tomorrow on a positive note.

What are you bringing?

• Completed technical education or have equivalent experience in a technical field
• Strong commercial skills with a passion for customer satisfaction
• An independent and entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to transition between execution and engineering
• Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English

Additionally, the following skills and knowledge are considered advantageous:

• Familiarity with the ERP system Ridder IQ and the CRM system CAS is an advantage
