For a direct end customer, we are looking for an experienced PHP programmer with strong backend skills. You can expect to be involved in varied projects here due to the hustle and bustle in the organization.

They specialize in financial products for a niche market in the Netherlands. The team consists of professionals between the ages of 25 and 50.

De Functie:

As a Backend PHP Developer, you are not only proficient in programming, but you also have an in-depth knowledge of PHP, with a specific emphasis on the Symfony framework.

Together with your team you are responsible for the technical backend application. You will be involved in developing applications, building new websites and other systems.

Gevraagd Profiel:

Required skills for this role at our client are:

• At least 4 years of experience with PHP, Symfony and Doctrine (MySQL/MariaDB).
• Extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently, including architecture, implementation, deployment and automated testing.
• Skill in defensive programming to ensure code stability and security.

Pre:

• Knowledge of invoicing and payment processing.
• Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

This organization is located in South Holland, so the city of Utrecht is fictitious. Because this option allows you to work completely remotely.
You will work within a close-knit company without barriers. There is a lot of room for personal development and your own input is absolutely rewarded. There are many career options, there is a good hourly rate of approximately €45,- / € 65,- euros. The assignment is for 1 year with the possibility of extension. Full-time, but part-time is negotiable.
