Biografie

Consultant specialist in datavoorbereiding en visuele data-analyse met behulp van Alteryx & Tableau. Arjan is een expert in het bouwen van ETL workflows en interactieve dashboards. Aansluiten op API's zoals Capsule, FreeAgent, Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc is geen werk maar plezier. Op basis van interne projecten is hij ook actief geïnteresseerd in predictive analytics en web-scraping. Arjan helpt klanten met het vertalen van business behoeften naar effectieve data transformaties en visuele analyses met behulp van Tableau. Arjan is gewend om in scrum teams te werken. Naast alle werkervaring met een focus op Alteryx, is hij ook een groot Alteryx trainer. Arjan houdt ervan om een introductie tot gevorderde trainingen te geven.

Biografie

SPORT DATA ENTHUSIAST Bibi started working at The Information Lab in July 2019, after finishing the Microsoft Azure Academy for Data Science. After this kickstart in the field of data, where she learned the principles of SQL, Python, Machine Learning and Power BI, she made the switch to working with Tableau and Alteryx. Initially the work consisted mainly of providing support and training for our customers, but whenever she got the chance she was creating smooth football dashboards. In November 2021, together with TIL colleagues Lars and Joris, she took this a step further and launched Halftime Heroes; a platform to create and share Sport Data visualisations. VISUELE ANALYSE PRO In February of 2020 Bibi started a placement at Viterra, where she picked up the skills to work agile/scrum. Working closely together in a BI team with Oracle developers and a business analyst, she's seen the business mature a lot in two years time. Besides learning a lot of technical aspects, this placement also taught her that good communication with stakeholders from the business always remains key.

Biografie

Erik is consultant en o.a. gespecialiseerd in datavoorbereiding en visuele data-analyse met behulp van Alteryx en Tableau. Vanuit zijn achtergrond in de geesteswetenschappen kreeg Erik tijdens zijn studie interesse voor data. Dit bracht hem tot het volgen van de HvA-opleiding Make IT Work. Toen hij bij The Information Lab begon raakte hij steeds meer geïnteresseerd in de verbinding tussen de ruwe data en de visualisatie in de echte wereld. Dankzij zijn dubbele achtergrond in de geesteswetenschappen en bètawetenschappen is Erik gedreven om die twee ook in zijn dagelijkse werk op elkaar af te stemmen. Zijn doel is om het verhaal achter de cijfers te vertalen in heldere en begrijpelijke lijnen, toegankelijk voor iedereen. Sinds hij begon bij The Information Lab in 2021 heeft Erik voor verschillende klanten gewerkt, vooral met Tableau. Voor een bedrijf in de retail heeft hij de Tableau Cloud omgeving heringericht, bij een ander bedrijf in retail de oude dashboards gedocumenteerd en herbouwd voor de toekomst. Verder heeft hij dashboards gebouwd voor allerhande klanten van vrijetijdssector tot verzekeraars.
