Within our Polymer Chemistry Research department, we have a vacancy for a:
Researcher
Fulltime, Deventer, the Netherlands
Gross annual salary before tax: EUR 40.000 – EUR 65.000 depending on degree and experience.

Your challenges

As Researcher your responsibilities include:

• Conduct chemical and technical work in the lab and kilolab (up to 100-liter scale).
• Discuss and report results.
• Prepare, test, develop, analyze, your own chemical processes.
• Feasible and timely developments according to business needs.
• Protection of Nouryon technologies.

The Polymer Specialties R&D center in Deventer is part of a large (>250 FTE) specialty chemicals research center.

Have you got what it takes?

To be eligible for this challenging role, you have a passion for chemistry. You organize your work in a structured way and you put safety above everything. You have excellent reporting skills. This is not a position for PhD candidates.

Next to this, you:

• Have a HLO/Bachelor degree with experience in organic chemistry.
• Are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
• Have excellent reporting skills.
• Are a team player in heart and soul.
