ieden wij hightech hydraulische componenten en systemen. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in ontwerp, productie, installatie en het onderhouden van hydraulische besturingssystemen voor diverse marktsectoren, o.a. Infra, Industrie en maritiem. Onze passie ligt in het engineeren en integreren van kwalitatieve hydraulische componenten voor hightech systemen, waarmee we de hydraulische kracht aanwenden om met precisie mega constructies in beweging te zetten. Het stopt voor Hydropack niet bij het installeren of opleveren. Wij begrijpen dat “downtime” voor bruggen, sluizen of productieprocessen tot een minimum gereduceerd, of zelf voorkomen dient te worden. Hydropack biedt daarom een volledig servicepakket op de geleverde systemen.

In deze binnendienstfunctie biedt je ondersteuning aan de verkoopafdeling; je hebt daarbij ook direct klantcontact en je behandelt klantaanvragen en je verzorgt order- en levertijdbevestigingen. Je bent daarnaast ook verantwoordelijk voor bijkomende administratieve taken. Je bent dus een echte commerciële en administratieve duizendpoot en bent bereid alles op te pakken voor je team. Tot je verantwoordelijkheden en taken behoren o.a.:- het onderhouden en bouwen van een goede relatie met klanten en leveranciers;
- het zelfstandig uitwerken, verwerken en bewaken van klantopdrachten;
- het bewaken van order – en levertijdbevestigingen.
JIJ BENGT …
- Je hebt MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en reeds enige administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een commerciële en/of technische bedrijfsomgeving.
- Je bent commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld en dienstverlenend. Je bent stressbestendig en zelfredzaam; je steekt de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig, bent flexibel en neemt daarin ook zelf het initiatief.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
- Microsoft Office is een must, kennis en ervaring met ERP software Ridder IQ een pre.
