They bring governments, companies, CSOs and financiers together in action driven coalitions and work together to create solutions to global sustainability issues. Our client has over 600 partners in the private and non-private sector and with these partners they train employees on sustainable production practices and drive sustainable productions of commodities worldwide.
Functie omschrijving
As Program Controller you work as a team with a Program Accountant and report to the Senior Program Controller. You are responsible for your own program area and manage the program’s administration. You check the budgets and contracts for the new projects with our Implementation Partners, you assess their financial reports and audit statements and follow up on the findings of these reports.You work closely with the program officers and program manager and support them on program management with your financial skills. You document and file all data and reports to enable a high-quality audit trail.
As your programs are based in various countries it is sometimes necessary to travel internationally to visit a program area or project.
Functie eisen
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
- You have worked for 2-5 years in a financial role, preferably within an NGO.
- You are experienced with finance systems and have some knowledge of Exact Globe (desired).
- Excel does not have any secrets for you.
- You can organize your work efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are highly proficient in spoken and written English.
